Scopul lor era s\u0103 parcurg\u0103 o c\u0103l\u0103torie \u00een care s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i clarifice punctele forte, punctele slabe \u0219i zonele necunoscute, \u0219i s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 cum le pot gestiona pentru a deveni lideri mai buni pentru echipele lor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am \u00eenceput cu sesiuni teoretice \u0219i practice despre dinamica echipei \u0219i nevoile acesteia, urm\u00e2nd ca la fiecare \u00eent\u00e2lnire s\u0103 facem un follow-up pe planurile pe care \u0219i le propuseser\u0103 s\u0103 le implementeze. \u00cen paralel, am construit exerci\u021bii \u0219i concepte menite s\u0103 dezvolte competen\u021be reale de leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 cele opt luni, a sosit un moment de bucurie, celebrare \u0219i absolvire. \u00cen ochii lor puteam citi emo\u021bie, bucurie, speran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i un strop de recuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103. <strong>\u201eMihai, cel mai mult ne-a pl\u0103cut c\u0103, \u00een sf\u00e2r\u0219it, am avut pe cineva care s\u0103 aib\u0103 r\u0103bdare cu noi, s\u0103 ne asculte \u0219i s\u0103 ne \u00een\u021beleag\u0103.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a fi lideri buni, e important s\u0103 fim, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd, oameni mai buni.
