Who I really am
I’m Mihai Tucaliuc, a PhD Organizational Psychologist dedicated to individuals and organizations that want to reach their true potential. I facilitate meaningful changes in the lives and systems I work with by integrating practical expertise, research, and personal energy.
My journey
My professional journey developed gradually, driven by authentic curiosity and the desire to better understand people and organizations. Continuous learning and hands-on experience have shaped the specialist I am today and laid a solid foundation in my everyday work.
2014
At 18 years old I present my first events in to hundrends of people.
2015
I begin my studies at the Facluty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, U.B.B. and discover my vocation.
2016
I take my first job in Online Learning.
2016
I volunteer in the training field and start do coordinate teams.
2017
I start working as a Training Assintant at Know-Training for a better life where I deliver team buildings and Trainings in front of hundrends of people, untill I became a full Trainer
2018
I enrol to a Masted in Organizational Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, U.B.B.
2019
During my studies,I work with multiople teams, organizations, deliverind trainings, workshops and coordinading teams.
2020
I start our project Ganduri cu dichis wishind to "translate" evidence-based psychology so everyone could understand it.
2020
Together with our reasearch team I work with hundrends of schools and kindergardens, teachers and principals and thousands of students and parents in Romania
2021
I start my PhD Journey in Applied Cognitive Sciences, Facukty of Psychologu, U.B.B.
2021
I take the role of Senior Consultant Collaborator at Know.
2021-2025
Together with School of trust research team, we publish scientifical papers in international Journals, and present at confferences in Netherlands, Poland, Czsech Republic, Germany and Romania.
2022-2025
I teach Organizational Diagnosys and The Future of Work at the Faculy of Psychology, Work and organizational research Center.
2023
I take my certification in Leadership Coaching at Edalt Institute.
2024
I take my certification in Team Coaching at the same Institute.
2025
I obtain the title of Doctor of Psychology by defending a public thesis on Strategic Educational Management, and by co-authoring eight articles in specialized academic journals.
